    These guidelines explain the standards expected across LynkTro's social media, e-commerce, entertainment, and community experiences.

    Our standard

    LynkTro is preparing for launch as a connected platform for people, businesses, creators, and communities. The goal is to keep participation useful, respectful, lawful, and safe. These guidelines work alongside the LynkTro Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and commerce rules.

    Age and eligibility

    • LynkTro is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
    • Selling, listing products, operating shops, business profile selling, payment activity, and withdrawals require users to be at least 18 years old.
    • Accounts, shops, listings, or commerce features may be restricted if age or eligibility cannot be confirmed.

    Respect people and communities

    • Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or target people or groups.
    • Avoid hate speech, degrading language, and content that attacks protected or vulnerable groups.
    • Communities should set clear rules and moderate consistently.

    Keep content safe

    • Do not post violent threats, exploitation, abuse, or content that encourages self-harm.
    • Do not share sexually exploitative, non-consensual, or illegal content.
    • Do not use LynkTro to coordinate harm, fraud, spam, or platform manipulation.

    Commerce must be trustworthy

    • Product listings should be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
    • Do not sell prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or illegal items.
    • Businesses and shops should communicate clearly about pricing, availability, delivery, returns, and customer support.

    Protect privacy and identity

    • Do not share another person's private information without permission.
    • Do not impersonate people, businesses, creators, shops, communities, or LynkTro representatives.
    • Respect intellectual property and only upload content you own or have the right to use.

    Review and enforcement

    • Content may be limited, removed, or reviewed when it appears to violate these guidelines.
    • Accounts, shops, product listings, or communities may lose features or access for repeated or serious violations.
    • Users can report content or behavior through support while in-app reporting tools continue to improve.
    • Some cases may require identity, ownership, safety, age, or transaction review before action is taken.

    Report an issue

    If you see content, commerce activity, or community behavior that may violate these guidelines, contact support with the account, shop, community, post, product, order, or transaction details available to you.

    These guidelines are not a substitute for the LynkTro Terms of Service. Where a safety, legal, age, transaction, or account issue requires formal review, LynkTro may apply additional checks.
