1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LynkTro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a LynkTro account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to list products, sell, operate shops, sell from a Business profile, receive commerce payments, request withdrawals, or use seller tools.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or updating an account.
• If we believe an account, shop, or commerce activity does not meet eligibility requirements, we may restrict access, request verification, remove listings, or close the account.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized account use.
• You must notify LynkTro if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws, regulations, platform rules, or another person's rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, impersonate, scam, spam, or harm others.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operation.
• Manipulate engagement, transactions, accounts, communities, or platform systems.
• Use LynkTro for illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or prohibited commerce activity.

5. Content and Community Standards

• You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights you grant LynkTro to operate the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the right to upload it.
• Content must comply with the Community Guidelines and any community-specific rules.
• We may remove, limit, review, or restrict content that violates these terms or platform policies.

6. Commerce, Shops, and Product Listings

• Product listings must be accurate, lawful, available, and not misleading.
• You may not list prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or illegal products.
• Business profile selling is reserved for Business accounts. Shops are standalone commerce profiles and may have separate followers, inbox, analytics, products, settings, and team tools.
• Sellers are responsible for pricing, stock, delivery information, returns, customer communication, and order support.
• LynkTro may request verification, review commerce activity, or restrict seller tools to protect users and platform integrity.

7. Intellectual Property

LynkTro content, branding, software, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, misuse, or represent LynkTro materials as your own without permission.

8. Platform Availability

LynkTro is preparing for launch and may update, limit, test, expand, or remove features as the product develops. Some features may require eligibility, verification, premium access, or staged rollout availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

LynkTro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as LynkTro evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
