1. Overview

LYNKTRO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED respects intellectual property rights and expects LynkTro users to do the same. This policy describes how we address copyright and trademark concerns related to posts, messages, communities, shops, product listings, media, and other platform content.

2. LynkTro Intellectual Property

The LynkTro name, logos, branding, software, design elements, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to LYNKTRO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. You may not use LynkTro trademarks or brand assets without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law or platform features.

3. User Content and Ownership

• Users retain ownership of original content they create, subject to licenses granted in our Terms of Service.
• Users must only upload, share, or sell content they own or have rights to use.
• Product listings, shop branding, community media, and promotional materials must not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Infringement

The following are prohibited on LynkTro:

• Uploading or selling counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized copies of protected works
• Using copyrighted music, video, images, or text without proper authorization
• Impersonating brands, creators, businesses, or official LynkTro accounts
• Circumventing rights-management or platform moderation systems

5. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on LynkTro infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the following information:

• Your name and contact email
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• URL or sufficient details to locate the allegedly infringing content on LynkTro
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

6. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to review your request.

7. Repeat Infringers

LynkTro may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or violate this policy, consistent with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

8. Trademark Concerns

Trademark complaints involving unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or trade dress in profiles, shops, or listings should be reported to [email protected] with details of the mark, your relationship to it, and the infringing use.

9. Platform Response

Upon receiving a valid complaint, LynkTro may remove or restrict access to reported content, notify affected users where appropriate, and take further action against repeat or serious violations. We reserve the right to reject incomplete or abusive notices.
