    Fix account access and login issues

    Use the right recovery path for login issues, password reset, account status, and verification problems.

    Before you start

    • Use the same email or Google account you used to register.
    • Check that your device has a stable internet connection.
    • Keep your verification or reset code private.

    Steps

    1. 1If you forgot your password, open the login screen and choose the password reset flow.
    2. 2Enter your account email and follow the verification or reset-code instructions.
    3. 3If your account appears restricted or disabled, review the in-app account status page where available.
    4. 4If you still cannot access your account, contact support with your account email, username, and a short description of the issue.

    Important notes

    • LynkTro will not ask for your password through email, chat, or social media.
    • Some restrictions may require a safety, identity, commerce, or policy review before access is restored.
