Fix account access and login issues
Use the right recovery path for login issues, password reset, account status, and verification problems.

Before you start
- Use the same email or Google account you used to register.
- Check that your device has a stable internet connection.
- Keep your verification or reset code private.
Steps
- 1If you forgot your password, open the login screen and choose the password reset flow.
- 2Enter your account email and follow the verification or reset-code instructions.
- 3If your account appears restricted or disabled, review the in-app account status page where available.
- 4If you still cannot access your account, contact support with your account email, username, and a short description of the issue.
Important notes
- LynkTro will not ask for your password through email, chat, or social media.
- Some restrictions may require a safety, identity, commerce, or policy review before access is restored.
