When a conversion or withdrawal option is available, review its displayed amount, requirements, and confirmation before proceeding.
Good to know
- Purchased coins, earned coins, and cash balances are distinct. Use the balance type shown in the app.
- Program access and earnings depend on eligibility and actual activity. Contact support with a transaction reference if a balance looks wrong; never share a password or OTP.
