    Steps

    3. 3Open orders to check new, pending, paid, fulfilled, cancelled, or disputed activity where available.
    4. 4Use shop inbox or business chat to communicate with buyers about order-specific questions.
    5. 5Check analytics to understand product views, visits, performance, and buyer activity.
    6. 6Use shop wallet and withdrawal tools only through official LynkTro payment flows.

    Important notes

    • Never move a buyer into unsafe off-platform payment arrangements if LynkTro provides a protected flow for the transaction.
    • If a transaction, withdrawal, or verification issue looks unusual, contact support before repeating the action.
