    Understand shop payouts, release rules, and commissions

    Learn when customer cash payments become available in your shop or business wallet, how commissions are deducted, and what release rules apply.

    Before you start

    • Have your shop order history and wallet balance ready.
    • Know that order payments are cash and may be held before release.
    • Understand local payout requirements for bank transfers and withdrawals.

    Steps

    1. 1Open your shop dashboard and view sales, commissions, and available wallet balance.
    2. 2Check whether a cash payment is available or still held pending order completion.
    3. 3Recognize that a platform fee or commission may be deducted before the net payout is available.
    4. 4Use the shop wallet to see which funds are withdrawable and which are pending release.
    5. 5Request a payout only once the cash balance is released and available in your wallet.
    6. 6Allow the payout request to process and watch for confirmation from LynkTro.

    Important notes

    • Customer orders are paid in cash and credited to the seller wallet, not LT coins.
    • Payments may be held while delivery, fulfillment, or dispute checks are pending.
    • Commission and platform fees are deducted before the net amount is available for payout.
    • Shop and business wallet cash is separate from LT coins used only for gifts and premium purchases.
    • If there is a problem, contact support promptly so payment release isn't delayed.
